Pharmacogenomics Clinical Coordinator, Yale New Haven Health

In her role at Yale New Haven Health, Dr. Pulk serves as co-chair of the health system's Pharmacogenomics Oversight Committee and has partnered with Generations, Yale’s research biobank, to deliver actionable pharmacogenomic information to all patient participants. Her training spans all phases of translational research, and she is driven to increase the application of precision prescribing in routine care through the demonstration of the value of this technology. She completed her Doctor of Pharmacy through the University of Minnesota and completed a fellowship in pharmacogenomics implementation with the Center for Pharmacy Innovation and Outcomes at Geisinger in Danville, PA.
