David Gregornik, PharmD, BCOP

Dr. Gregornik received his BS and PharmD from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy and completed postdoctoral training at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN. Dr. Gregornik spent 18 years in clinical and leadership roles at St. Jude, an early implementer of pharmacogenomics, and three years at Memorial-Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, where he served as Manager of Pediatric Clinical Pharmacy Programs. Dr. Gregornik joined the Medical Genetics and Genomics Program at Children's Minnesota in August 2016, where his team has established a Clinical Pharmacogenomics Specialty Clinic and inpatient consult service.
